Blair Staky

Blair Staky is a multi-disciplinary creative, web designer, and visual artist with a passion for building beautiful, intentional spaces—both online and off. For over a decade, she worked as a full-time content creator and influencer, partnering with leading lifestyle brands and growing a highly engaged online community. 

Blair now runs a web design studio working with female entrepreneurs in the interior design, wellness, and creative industries elevate their brands through strategic, design-forward websites that inspire connection and growth.

When she’s not designing websites, she creates abstract botanical artwork inspired by color, nature, and the beauty of everyday life—a reflection of her belief that art and design have the power to make us feel more connected, creative, and inspired.

These experiences have shaped her deep understanding of storytelling, design, art and digital strategy, which she now brings to Ardwelle.

Chelsee Miller

As a trained graphic designer, former food and lifestyle blogger, and creative marketing leader, I've consistently been drawn to brands and roles—across many industries including retail, hospitality, and tech—that merge artful experiences with compelling, often founder-led, stories.

With 20 years of experience and a deep understanding of content and influencer dynamics, I was an early team member at Dallas-based rewardStyle (now LTK). There, I developed creative toolkits and strategies that enabled influencers and brands to thrive in the ever-evolving social landscape.

As Director of Global Marketing, I collaborated closely with the founder to establish the marketing function, crafting content and experiences (both in-person and digitally) that captured the company’s vision. I also developed retention strategies and brand moments that contributed to $4B in lifetime retail sales as of January 2019. Additionally, I spearheaded the go-to-market strategy for the launch of the LTK shopping app, which garnered over 1 million registered users within its first nine months.

Afterward, I joined Pier 1 Corporate as Editorial Director, where I worked closely with the executive team, agency partners, and creative studio to gain deeper insights into customer behavior, trends, and opportunities within the home décor industry.

Currently, as a Consulting Brand Editor and Creative Director I work with brands of all sizes—from Meta’s Instagram to smaller, privately held brands—helping founders and leadership teams develop long-term creative strategies that set the stage for growth, exposure, and moments that bring people together.
